Hello parents. Question+Survey po. Nahihirapan din ba kayong painumin ng vitamins kids nyo? Yung tipong iinumin naman yung syrup pero sinusuka din agad kasi concentrated masyado. I'm not fond of pills and gummies kasi because of the fillers, binders and stabilizers na wala namang nutrient value. Kung may option ba kayo ng powdered vitamins na tinitimpla na parang juice, would you choose it? I came across a powdered supplement kasi na may kasamang dispenser para sa correct dosage and I think mas maganda siya and mas available for absorption ang nutrients in that manner.

I can relate. May times na nasa mood sya to drink his vitamins, minsan ayaw talaga. So dropper pa din kami until now kahit na 3 years old na para nahahwakan ko sya. :)

Hi everyone. My son is now 4 years old and I have decided to go back to work after taking care of him full time for the last two years. How do I manage separation anxiety? I really have a hard time heading to work in the morning even if he already goes to school himself.

If he already uses a smartphone and the school allows him to use it, calling him every recess may help somehow.
