Hi, I think if the baby is doing fine, eating well and active as usual then it means she is not hurt in a way that you should worry. Like it happens with us, if we get hurt even if we do not speak, it shows on our facial expressions or our body movements, the babies, too, will show some sigh that would indicate that not all is well. Since, you have checked major body parts of the baby, and all was fine, I do not think there is any need to worry. Baby would obviously cry if she would fall as she would be in her sleep and the sudden fall was a shock to the body and mind. I suggest, just monitor the baby and see if she is eating and active like the usual days or not. If you see any change, then show her to the doctor. Also, if your mind is not at peace a visit to doctor won't harm, as it would relax your mind.

Thanks for your advice!

First thing you should do is check for any puncture or bleeding. Regardless there's bump or not, apply cold/ice pack to the place where the child hit her head/ body. DO NOT USE HEAT. Child will cry because of the cold, but be persistent. Do this for at least 10-15 mins. If there's any bleeding, this will help slow/stop the bleeding. After that, monitor the child's eye movement, speech, bodily functions, fever and vomit. If your instinct feels that the fall is that bad, then by all means go straight to the ER for an X-ray

We did let baby continue to stay awake and do some flipping, etc to monitor any unusual before baby had milk and fall aslp. Thanks for your advice.
