Baby fell off bed

Hi, my 7 mths + old girl fell off the bed & on her head while sleeping (we co sleep) cried a lot but after consoling she's back to her playful self. she woke up mainly cos she was hungry as its her feeding time so we fed her milk, she could drink the usual amount & went back playing afterwards. I know some signs to look out for for the next few days but is it possible that there's no bumps? my mil, husband & I triple checked but we couldn't find any bumps. do we have to bring her to hospital? thanks
