milk strike at 8 months?

Is there a milk strike at 8 months? My baby is drinking lesser than usual, from 180ml to 150ml to sometimes 100ml per feed. Is this normal? Any ways to let her drink more?

Normal. Mine too. What I did was morning 180ml and 3hrs in between some snacks then 3hrs 150ml milk. Same pattern till before bed time 180ml. You can give porridge or pureen in between. Or to replace 1 time milk to pureen. Or I will use spoon to feed my baby to make sure he intake enough of milk. Or if he can't finish I will let him rest awhile after 15 or 20min feed the remaining.

I had same issue normally is due to teething. You can try to change bottle or teats or spoon feed if all don't work, what I did was add milk into her food that I'm giving eg cereal with milk

Some babies do stop taking milk early but as long as there is no drastic weight change, eating more solid food and remained active then no need to worry

It’s normal especially if you’re giving solids. Baby now needs 120ml/kg/day of milk:)

You can mix milk into their food, maybe smoothie with milk or oat porridge /cereal

Ya. Maybe full from solids. So long weight gain is well, no need worry.
