yes.kk provide acid folic for 1st trismeter... then 2nd trismeter kk provide zincofer but it not suitable for my body so doc change it to iberet (iberet u need to buy it by your own at pharmacy..coz kk not provide it)take iberet until end of 3rd trismeter(34week..at the same time i'm also take vitamin c..fish oil(omega 3) for lung esp asthma problem doc suggest to take the omega 3.. then i take calcium also for my body 😉✌ #TAPsupermoms
