Massage and workout. Masa anak bawah 1yo more to indoor cycling 3x a day, 10 minutes each session (tgk keadaan anak jg, kalau merengek kdg 3 minit, tp time diorg nap sy akan try pulun at least dpt capai 30mins a day). Now, sy fokus ke weight lifting shj.
