4 month old development

My son is turning 4 month old, but he has yet to learn how to grab on things like his toys. Well, he can grab our fingers or even hold his bottle sometimes, but he wouldn’t want to hold onto his teether or any toys we gave. Issit normal for a 4 month old still not learn how to grab things properly?
