My little girl is 4 month but yet to grab those hanging things but she grabs but hands. Is it normal ?

Sounds normal to me. My LO started grabbing things around her only around 6 months

Have u tried offering your LO a toy? Not those hanging type?

Probably she needs more time. Or get those more striking colour toy 😀 she's grabbing your hands so its the start, give her more time. 😊
Babies have their own growth pace. Give her time :)
