hello there mum. my son also do the same thing but he improve his eating habits when I change his menu like prepare various menu in one eating session time. makes sure it's look attractive and it's okay to let him participate in preparing his food especially rice. soon he will enjoy eating rice. 😊
Hi mommy. 3 years old don't need formula milk anymore. That is one reason he don't eat much.
