Worried

My son is 14mo. What bothers me is he always pass motion after he eats. Its like within 30 mins, he will pass motion. 3/4 times a day, sometimes he 5 times also cause he pass motion little bit then after change pampers, again he does it. Is it normal? Should i be worried?
