Based on my experienced. IF AYAW NYO MAGING LOOK ALIKE ZOMBIE pag nanganak na kayo 😁 I usually eat veggies and fruits. More likely sa gulay OKRA, ALUGBATI, MALUNGGAY AND TALBOS NG KAMOTE. Sa fruits AVOCADO, KIWI, BANANA, PAPAYA, APPLE, PEARS, AND MELON. take it as your regular meal. Di na kayo mukang zombie healthy pa si baby 😊😊
