Picky Eater
my daughter doesn't like to eat Rice. What can I give her as alternative food? She's already 14 months. She only eats Oatmeal and breads, Some veggies such as broccolis, sayote, baguio beans , sitaw, Papaya and Fruits like watermelon, Avocado, Banana, grapes and sweet orange. Most of the veggies are just like 2-3 cut pcs.
its okay momsh, your baby is doing great! looks like healthy parin naman yung kinakain niya. try pasta, or yung semolina pasta , meron din yung may diff shapes. For me hindi siya picky eater, kasi kumakain siya ng diff veggies kahit 2-3 cuts pa yan ang mahalaga kinakain niya and gusto niya, fruits pati oatmeal nga. Maybe di pa niya matansya yung grain ng rice sa mouth niya or pag chew niya. For me lang to momsh ha.

I have the Small table for her, Small spoon and So far kumakain naman na sya ng mas maayos. Nauubos na nya ang pine-prepare ko para sa kanya. I'm really glad. Ika nga ng isang Momsh is to be Patient. ❤️😚
Magbasa pamy son is a picky eater. Kinakain nya lang is bread,egg, chicken and fruits like banana,grapes,strawberry,watermelon at mangoes. Nag mimilk pa din sya. We asked our pedia about it sabi nya wag muna alisin yung milk since picky eater daw. Add ko he also eats oats at champorado pero ayaw nya ng kanin. 😅
Magbasa paContinue on offering but do not force. Enough na yung itry nya kahit 1 spoon lang, ang mahalaga ay unti-unting masanay ang taste buds nya sa lasa. This goes to any foods na ayaw ni baby. It's normal kahit na upto 20x pa bago magustuhan ni baby ang lasa ☺️ Just be patient.
may napanood po ako ky Dr. Richard Mata about picky eater na bata. Ang taste buds daw ng mga bata ay namamana. Either Ang nanay or tatay ay picky eater din nung bata pa. basta offer healthy and balanced food lang with milk.
ganyan din toddler ko super picky eater fave nya adobo ,tinola,pag di ganyan ulm pahirapan..mahilig din nmn sa fruits...okay nmn baby mo mi kahit papano healthy naman kinakain
