hi sista!klau mkin susah nak tdur tu normal ke??sbb sya klau blm 2.a.m tak dpt nak tdur..ada tips tak nak dptkn tdur seawl yg boleh??

try exercise.kalau saya lah...exercise sekadar jalan 30min on that day,confirm malam pukul 9pm dah shut down pastu tidur mati sampai pukul 6am. kadang bangun 5am sebab nak pergi toilet.lain org lain cara but u can try if u like❤
