hello sissy... any idea when to submit MAT1/2 sa SSS?

Mat 1 immediate pag nalaman mong buntis ka na and may copy ka na ng ultrasound( proof of pregnancy) Mat 2 pag complete na requirements like certified true copy of baby's birth certificate, OR report if CS etc..
