Folic Acid

Me .. 1 yr na ko nag take ng ferrous + folic just to relieve stress lalo kapag malapit na ko reglahin .. hindi ko naman alam na essential pala yun para sa mga nagtatry mabuntis .. I used iberet before then generic na .. 😂👌

Pag nasa childbearing age na po ang babae advisable po na magtake talaga ng folic acid.
