Brketurunan kencing manis? Sya pun gdm dlu.. first kena 10 lepas mnum air gula.. lpastu sya control diet.. no carbs at all.. Tak mkn nasi seksanya bila igt balik.. huhu Sya hanya mkn wholemeal sugar free bread.. + protein (ayam or ikan) + tomato slice.. hri2 stiap meal.. kdg2 breakfast mkn cornflakes dgn susu ja.. mmg tough utk cek drah 4x shri tu.. 😩 Tp kencing manis sya tak stabil.. kdg2 okay.. kdg2 tggi 7.0 kdg2 rendah sgt smpai 3.0... ni sbb sya takda keturunan kencing manis.. mee2 sgala mee pun jgn mkn.. Buah hnya jambu batu and kiwi shja ble mkn.. 😩 biskut utk snack mkn jacob wholemeal.. atau cream cracker..mkn dgn ssu.. spya knyang sikit 😋 hehehe mcmtu cra sya la.. bread pun 2slice sja.. so sya mkn 4-6sliced 1hri.. berat sya turun msa seminggu amalkan ni..😅 madu kurma pun tak boleh mkn sbb manisss..
