bleeding again at 11weeks

saya pernah bleeding on off masa 4weeks and 6weeks due to polyp. lepas remove polyp end of june,bleeding takde dah. tp harini suddenly keluar darah yg bewarna coklat,and still continue spotting Pergi scan baby,alhamdulillah baby okay. What should i do? ?
