saya ada slip disc, l4 n l5. dah 10years. i know how u feel. now pregnant 19w. masa 1-3y after detect tu mmg keluar msuk hospital buat physio je. lps tu i tukar tilam. mula2 beli yg khas back pain punya. then lama2 tilam mula melendut. lps tu i tukar pakai tilam coway, seriously all my back pain hilang. sbb tilam tu support 5 important point kita and ade pakai memory foam which is, tilam tu ikut lekuk bdn ktia bila baring. bila kawin, pindah rumah, tilam tu x bwk sekali. jauh nau lakkk nk bwk 😅 and my back pain start all over again. now dah mula tangkap ke kaki pulakk rasa dia. so doc i advise kalau rasa kebas2 dkt kaki terus pegi hospital, sbb kandungan membesar akan tekan tulang belakang kita. risau slip disc i makin besar and jadi paralyzed sementara. doc ortho i pon dah pesan before this, mmg akan ade problem bila pregnant nanti. so solution sye, im using acustop koyok tampal dkt bahagian pinggang, kerap tuam dgn air sejuk supaya otot kita lembut. and tgh carik lori nak bwk balik tilam coway tuu kt rumah husband 😂 i cant sleep well without it. mybe u boleh bincang dgn husband utk tukar tilam. crik yg pakai pocket spring and memory foam. supaya more comfortable. and support backbone bila kita baring.
