Hi,saya 3 bulan pregnant.Boleh tak jogging?

I'm 7th month pregnant. Still jogging.. Still do weight bearing exercises. Don't overstretch semasa Exercise. Bahaya. I monitor my heart rate. Sebab heart rate max during pregnant not the same as before. I choose the safe place to do my exercise. Contoh, kawasan rumah or /and treadmill. I'm a pregnant & Postpartum trainer & Fitness trainer. 😉
