Hai Semuaaaaaa

Salam semua, saya hamil 7 bulan lebih.first pregnancy Ada gerd anxiety panic attack dari sebelum pregnant.Tapi lama dah terkawal, cuma on off datang balik sejak pregnant. Since perut dah besar. Mintak maaf, nak mintak nasihat, Lately ni kerap lalu posting-2 berkenaan pulmonary embolism, pre-eclampsia semua, saya jadi triggered. Triggered yang teruk. Saya takdak simtom kaki bengkak ka muka bengkak ka.Bp pon okay,Cuma kaadang-2 low tapi terkawal. Hb 11.2 .no gdm.Tapi saya punya triggered sangat menakutkan. Dah cuba elak baca post macam tu tapi bila lalu fyp mata ni gatai jugak terbacaa 😭Lately ni kadang jadi nadi laju. Kadang saya jadi taktau nak beza, bila nadi laju sebab anxiety ka atau pregnant. Mata kadang kaboq on off, taktau sebab anxiety ka atau perlu take action. Jadi tak larat letih yang melampau, asyik nak tidoq malam ke subuh. Buat keja sikit, subuh ke tengah hari, settle makan tengah hari ke petang, settle apa yang patut, petang ke dekat maghrib. Asyik nakk baring lena sebab letih and sakit kepala 🥲 Kadang mengah pon sayaa jadi triggered sebab xtau perlu take action ka rilex. Please any advice ? No hate. Perlu kata-2 berilmiah dan hikmah. My advice is jauhkan diri daripada social media. Delete it. When you are ready, re-install. Trust me! Your life will be at peace and ease. Any concerns or issues in pregnancy, directly ask your doctor in charge. Get ready with a list of questions so that you can keep track on your issues or concerns to be asked. Read more books on pregnancy, breastfeeding, parenting, etc (my go to bookstore is BookXcess). What I shared to you above was what I did during my first pregnancy journey. I pregnant zaman covid tengah mengganas, lock down masa tu. Alhamdulillah even though dengan situasi macam tu, I really enjoyed my pregnancy journey till my postpartum journey. Semua tenang dan dipermudahkan. I was a mom with mild anemia, GBS +ve, and GDM. Saya doakan semoga perjalanan awak juga dipermudahkan. Jangan lupa get support and lean onto your husband. Last but not least, minta dan mengadu pada Yang Esa. ❤️ P/S: Kalau awak nak suggestion buku yang saya baca, I would be happy to share with you.

App mana yg u sllu nampak tu? Better delete je app tu. Sy pun takde tiktok & instagram. Better awak bykkn baca Al-Qur'an. Belajar benda yg penting like lactation ke or brg2 keperluan ibu & baby kt youtube. Busykan diri dgn perkara berfaedah
