Is it safe for babies to be taken care of by sochemotheraphymeone undergoing

I guess the person going through chemotherapy needs to rest... Safety for babys as far its concerned it wouldn't be an issue but for the chemotherapy person he/ she is vulnerable and immunity compromised ...
