I wouldn't mix different formula but this poop looks normal to me. Unless baby shows other signs of discomfort like crying for no reason, arching back, bringing knees to tummy etc there's no issue.

Yes it’s diarrhea Maybe baby can’t take NaN Reason to transit? Maybe have to either try another brand or switch back
