is it laosai?

recently transitioning from enfamil to nan, currently mixed 3 scoop enfamil and 2 scoop nan. every time baby drink the milk will poop like this? is it the nan??

Hmm.. is t does look like diarrhea but you should bring your baby to a pd if you're unsure
