Constipation

Hey recently I’ve been really constipated despite eating more fruit and veg. It’s probably the pregnancy, I’m 12 weeks. However sometimes there’s bleeding after doing my business. Not heavy bleeding just a little. Is this normal? Should I be worried?

Yessss constipation, diarrhea, and slight bleeding after pooping is verryy common and normal, and will happen alot of time. Even now at 3rd trim it happens sometimes 🥵 you might want to ask your gynae if you can have duphalac.
