Bleeding at 10weeks

Hi, I am bleeding at 10weeks after I did a scan. However no cramps and not heavy bleeding. Just abit of bloody mucus and staining like a patch on my pad. Is this normal?

Would highly suggest for you to see your gynae and do ultrasound to check again for the safety of you and baby.
