Heavy bleeding at 6 weeks

Hi im 6 wks pregnant and im having heavy bleeding and cramps for 3 days now. Nuh and kkh just asked me to stay off my feet and take duphaston coz there’s nothing anybody can do if it’s a miscarriage. I feel so helpless.
