Abdominal pain

i’ve been suffering a cramp like pain on my upper abdomen for the past 2-3 days & had a little diarrhoea. initially i thought its just cramps from the vomiting but it’s not getting better , is it normal ? should i be concerned? (no bleeding or spotting)

If you’ve been having vomiting and diarrhoea, could you be having stomach flu? Perhaps see a doctor if you’re not getting better?

I had it too at my cervix area and I consult my gynae. He mentioned is okay so long no bleeding or spotting.
