Slight vaginal bleeding after severe constipation

Had constipation recently with hard huge stools. After the stool was out, I could feel part of my rectum protruding. Even my vagina was protruding as well. After a day, vagina seems to be back in normal place, but I realised I have very slight bleeding when I wiped my vagina. Is this a concern? 29 weeks now and baby is active. Should I monitor a few days first?
