Born B4 Due Date (NOT PREMATURE)

We're all acknowledged that babies born at 34, 35 and 36 weeksare considered late preterm births, and babies born at 37 to 39 weeks are considered early term births but NOT premature. I'm in my 36 weeks (first week of 9 months) now. I've been feeling like labour is near, and I had this thought of giving birth before it's due date, its playing in my head. Why do I say so? Because, my family member tend to gives birth 1-2 weeks early before their due date. Baby was healthy! NO induction, NO difficulty. So, I thought... Am I gonna go through that too? I'm a first time mom, you see. Curiosity hits me hard. I personally don't mind if I were to be in labour within 2-3 weeks from now. I've left with 4 weeks! As long as she's healthy, I'm happy. Any experienced mothers that gives birth 1-2 weeks earlier than their due date? Share your experiences.

my first ai gave bith at exactly 38 weeks on the dot. It was my first time so I didnt know what contraction would feel like so I ignored it and thought it was just fake labour cos before that I had multiple episodes of "fake labour contraction" pain that I thought was real. So the day comes. I was napping and woke up at 12 evening and J already started feeling somehing happening in my belly. It started mild and I ignored it. I just monitored it until 9pm J tried to sleep it off I cant and I know the intensity got stronger and so does the time Interval so I know I cant deny it anymore. 12am went hospital (had a big meal at home and packed my hospital bag quickly and brought a big botte of water). I progressed very fast especially at home and at my own pace. 1 hr in hospital when they finally chevked me they were shocked I was already 5 cm dilated. But it becomes slow after that cos they tried to strap me to the bed when I so desperately just wanted to move around freely cos J want natural birth but my backache was killing me I wanted to move. anyways finally gave birth around 9 am natural no epidural baby was 2.875kg and healthy but she had crossed eyes (we came to find out few months later but probably unrelated to delivery) alll the best to you!
