Philhealth concerns - pls answer

Hi, pwede ba kong gawing dependent ng hubby ko sa Philhealth nya kahit Philhealth member din ako? Freelancer/work from home na ako now so di ko na nahuhulugan yung Philhealth ko since I resigned from my previous Filipino employer last Sept. Iniisip ko sana na gawin nlng akong dependent ng hubby ko para magamit namin Philhealth nya sa panganganak ko. Pwede ba yun? If yes, anong process? Thanks!

Been to philhealth this morning. they suggested na magvoluntary na lang aq since i separated from employment nito lang march. nagbayad aq ng 600 for april to june. dont forget to pay na lang every quarter para hindi magkaproblema and magamit sa panganganak. 🙂

Last question na hehe.. may hiningi bang ID for that? Wala pa kasi ako valid ID with my married name. Lahat ng govt IDs ko yung maiden name ko pa din. Thanks sa info! :)
