Until when pwede magfile ng MAT 2? Mag-1 month na kasi si baby, di pa ako nakakapagfile. Need din ba na ako mismo magfile nun o pwede gawin ng husband ko for me? Thanks!

36 weeks, 4 days

Hi! Ask ko lang if lahat ba nirerequire mag-undergo ng nonstress test (NST) pag last trimester na. 36 weeks 4 days na tiyan ko and my OB asked me to have the test next wk, sa next checkup ko. Is it done for all pregnant or pag may nakita lang na problem kay baby? Though sabi naman ng OB ko last checkup ok heartbeat ni baby.

Hindi naman po siguro lahat... Ako kasi hindi nagganyan eh...

Normal & CS delivery prices

Hi! Sa mga kakapanganak lang, magkano na ba usual rates ngayon ng normal at CS delivery? Nung nagtanong kasi ako sa OB ko sa Makati Med, sabi nya 150k ang normal. Pag CS daw mga 250k-300k. Sobrang mahal ba nung rates nya? Sana may sumagot :)

Dito sa OB ko, nasa 40k pag normal then 70k pataas kpag CS. Mahal po talaga tapos depende po sa hospital and sa OB yun.

Philhealth concerns - pls answer

Hi, pwede ba kong gawing dependent ng hubby ko sa Philhealth nya kahit Philhealth member din ako? Freelancer/work from home na ako now so di ko na nahuhulugan yung Philhealth ko since I resigned from my previous Filipino employer last Sept. Iniisip ko sana na gawin nlng akong dependent ng hubby ko para magamit namin Philhealth nya sa panganganak ko. Pwede ba yun? If yes, anong process? Thanks!

Anong healthy snacks ang kinakain nyo pag gutom kayo aside from fruits? Di kasi ako nabubusog sa fruits lang. Iniisip ko naman baka masobrahan ako sa carbs pag lagi nagtitinapay or crackers. Gutom ako lagi habang nagwowork.

Were you asked by your OB to take a thyroid level test (TSH) while you were pregnant as part of the other usual tests during 1st trimester? (CBC, urinalysis etc)

nope po. may na ishare ka po ba sa OB mo na problem na related sa thyroid? kasi kung meron, baka yun yung reason kaya pinatest ka niya po. delikado din kasi kung mataas level niyan.
