Do you put water in bottle warmer and then put the milk bottle to warm it?

Yep. But actually if u have hot water dispenser, just just a bowl and put hot water in it. Bottle warmer works well when u do not have ready supply of hot watee

I do it the traditional way, not using a bottle warmer but a stainless steel mug - but the concept is the same!
