Late matulog

Hello po, share ko lang po struggle ko ngayon. Bago palang po ako mag buntis may insomnia na po talaga ako, umiinom pa ako dati ng sleeping pills kasi dati more than 24 hours akong gising at ngayong buntis nako madalas 2am ako nakakatulog pero gising ko lagi 11am-12pm, yung matatanda dito samin kinokonsensya ako sinasabi nila “maawa ka naman sa baby mo matulog ka ng maaga” natatakot po ako pag naririnig ko yun kasi baka po kung ano ang mangyari sa baby ko kung mapipilit ko naman talaga, tutulog naman talaga ako ng maaga kaso di ko talaga kaya. May mangyayare po ba masama sa baby ko kaka tulog ko ng late? ☹️ PS. kumpleto naman po ako sa gamot ko at 2x a day po ako umiinom ng Anmum

I have history of depression before i got pregnant, and this pregnancy is not easy for me, just like you i have onset insomnia before i conceived i was monitored by my OB and psychiatrist closely, im now 34 weeks pregnant and thank God the baby is normal with all the test..dont mind them..upon extensive research and word from my medical team THE BABYBIS SLEEPING specially if the mother is awake or doing some activity "its like rocking them insode the womb" as long as you take good care of urself and had all.the vitamins you needed, then thats good. Dont mind the oldies...today we have modern technology that allows us to access into diff kind of research and studies from experts..wag mo praningin sarili mo..it will only add to ur stress..take it from me...
