History of Threatened abortion

Hello po sa mga mommies dito. Ask ko lang po. First time mom po kasi ako and meron po akong history ng threatened abortion during my first trimester. So inadvised po ako magbed rest. Nagdecide po ako magresign right there and then. Pero ngayon po na 5 months na po akong preggy. Safe na po ba na magwork ako ulit or mas okay na i-consult ko muna sa OB ko? Thank you po in advance.
