Materbity leave

hi po question lang, approved na po yung expanded law about sa maternity leave di ba po? Nakuha ko na po yung check just today pero approved lang siya for 60 days. By any chance sa pag file po ba nang MAT2, another check will be given and approve na yun for 105 days? Hindi pa daw kasi naglalabas ng IIRC yung sss. Thanks po.

Hello po. My due date is next week. I filed my MAT1, 2 months ago I guess. I got the check already, di pa nga daw covered dun sa EML dahil di pa nga daw po narerelease ung IRR from SSS and DOLE. Pero as per our HR, if ever na marelease na and covered naman talaga they will.do adjustments daw po. But with the news I've read recently hopefully pasok na tayo kasi ang sabi all mothers na nanganak ng March 7 onwards ay may EML na. I will look for the article and share it po.
