IRR FOR EXPANDED MAT LEAVE LAW

Good day! May 1 na.. tanong ko lang po kung nailabas na yung IRR for the expanded maternity leave law. I am a voluntary member but I was previously an employed sss member paying the total premium of 1760. Naifile ko na po MAT1 ko at ang sabi last year ay 32k daw ang makukuha ko. Since approved na ang expanded maternity leave law, my chance ba na maincrease yung maternity benefit ko?? Thank you!

Hi everyone! Nabasa ko na IRR.. confirmed.. 105 days multiplier ng mga female members who are voluntary contributors to the SSS (separated from employment but are continuously paying) ... 😁Weeeeee :D

    Pwede mo ituloy ang contri mo sis. Check mo online ang table ni sss sa contri, pwede ka maghulog ng 240-2400 depende sa monthly salary credit na iddeclare mo.

    yes po iaadjust yan as per recent IRR, effectivity is March 11, so yung mga nka-ML na since Mar11, may mkkuha retro sa claim benefits. talk to your HR po

    Yes po. Iaadjust po ang computation since released na ang IRR for EML. Covered lahat, employed, self employed or voluntary.

      Narelease na mommy. Ganan din po dapat makukuha ko pero upon checking sa sss portal ko x 105 na. Yung 32k dati, 50k+ na po. 😊
