Hello po. Pahelp naman po. Nakapagfile na po ako ng Maternity Notifications. Kaso po ang next requirements ko ay Birth Certificate, Certificate of Separation at Certificate of Non-advanced payment po.. Problem po is Awol ako sa last company at di sila magpprovide nung mga certifications na yun. Ano po alternate na pwede ko gawin? Pls help.. Badly needed ko po kasi benefits ko. Thank you po
