Eat fiber enriched foods like papaya, prunes, oatmeal and green leafy vegetables. Drink lots of water. If your constipation still persists then i suggest you consult your OB so she can prescribe a laxative that is safe for you and your baby. 🙂

You're welcome. I have the same case with you. May blood na din poop ko kaya nagsabi na ako kay OB. Nireseta nya sa akin is Duphalac laxative to be taken at bedtime. It helped me poop regularly na po, although i take it every other night. 🙂

Kung constipated po add fiber sa diet, tas try nyo po uminom mg sterilized milk bka po mkahelp na lumbot at regular n poop
