Eat fiber enriched foods like papaya, prunes, oatmeal and green leafy vegetables. Drink lots of water. If your constipation still persists then i suggest you consult your OB so she can prescribe a laxative that is safe for you and your baby. 🙂

Kung constipated po add fiber sa diet, tas try nyo po uminom mg sterilized milk bka po mkahelp na lumbot at regular n poop
