Hello po mga mommy tanong ko Lang po hirap po ba tlga dumumi? 3to5days po ako bago dumumi e. Natatakot po ako, Kasi now po nung pagdumi ko may dugo po e Kaya po nababahala ako. Salamat po sa sasagot

Eat fiber enriched foods like papaya, prunes, oatmeal and green leafy vegetables. Drink lots of water. If your constipation still persists then i suggest you consult your OB so she can prescribe a laxative that is safe for you and your baby. 🙂

Kung constipated po add fiber sa diet, tas try nyo po uminom mg sterilized milk bka po mkahelp na lumbot at regular n poop
