Kapag po mataas ang Glucose after laboratory, need niyo po magdiet. Monitor your sugar before and after meal. Skyflakes na biscuits lang, pag na feel na gutom. Okay lang kumain ng sweets pero limited. Kasi yan po ginawa ko noon. Diabetic din ako.
