Hello po. I gave birth this June 01. CS po ako. Can you give me some tips para gumaling agad? Ang hirap po kasi hehe

galaw2 ka sis. the more na gumalaw ka, the faster your recovery. after discharge sa ospital, lakad2 na ako sa bahay. nagpapa assist lang kay hubby for support.
