Low amniotic fluid

Pls po sana masagot. Ftm here at 28th week. Low amniotic fluid po as per ultrasound. Sa same condition ko po, ano po ginawa nyo to increase your amniotic fluid? What did your OB prescribed you?

Ako last week low amniotic fliud din nerisitahan ako ni OB ko ng 1L.pocari sweat tska 3L.water a day.from 7cm na amniotic fliud ko tumaas sya ng 11 cm after a week.
