What causes low amniotic fluid or oligohydramnios? I had my recent ultrasound 3 days ago and found out my amniotic fluid is low at 34 weeks. Did anyone here experience the same? What did you do?

Thank you po. Were you able to reach sufficient amount of amniotic fluid po by drinking water alone?
My amniotic sac is leaking so my fluid decreases easily.
