water on baby

My pedia told me i can give my 1 mo old baby a little sips of water just to help her flush down the formula. Is it ok?? I follwed her advise but am scared at the back of my mind. Should I stop doing it?

May pedia talaga na Ina allow nila pero konti lng. May conservative na ayaw till 6mos bago bigyan Ng Kung ano ano. Safer pa rin na wag muna Lalo n Kung d k comfortable n bigyan Ng water so baby. Pero nasayo pa rin Yan
