water on baby

My pedia told me i can give my 1 mo old baby a little sips of water just to help her flush down the formula. Is it ok?? I follwed her advise but am scared at the back of my mind. Should I stop doing it?

ngtanong nman ako sa midwife nun ung ngpaanak sskin kc laging sinisinok baby ko weeks plng pnayagan nya ako konting konti lng dw .. ayun tnry ko kay baby mga tatlong lagok lng 😆 ok nman.
