Losing Weight

Hi parents, I nak tanya is it safe for me to exercise and try to lose weight at 5 weeks. I've been exercising and lose a few kgs since February (I don't do crazy diets) . I want to try to lose a few more kg since I'm still in overweight category. Do u think it's safe? Or shall I pause all my workout activities? Thanks.

My doctor told me no to excercise on first trimester. But told me to have healthy diet. First trimester pregnancy is a crucial phase where the baby is too small and still weak. So better no excercise but healthy diet. With healthy diet, not only you will lose some weight, the baby will have great amount of nutrients
