The infant cares where my friends have their babies enrolled at don't usually bathe or shower the children unless they have a major diaper accident. Nonetheless, I think if you are unsure, clarify with the childcare and put in a request -- don't think there will be a problem. Will be lesser work for the caregivers too :)
