LO sleeps every 2 hrs.

Hi parents! Need ur tips/advice how to get LO to sleep throughout the night. I'm having difficulty with my 8 month old boy. He did nap 2 - 3 times in a day. Not complaining but lately i'm having frequent headache/migraine due to lack of sleep. Thank u in adv! 💕
