Aside from brushing their teeth regularly, we also have to avoid giving them candies or any sweets and sodas kasi nakaka brittle din ng teeth nila. And if they eat sweets, make sure they drink water agad.
Regular brushing of course with fluoride if more than 2 years old na. Avoid sweets and drink more water right after eating to wash away the dirt if hindi pa makapag tooth brush agad.
Iwas sweets as much as possible kasi un talaga ang pinakamabilis makasira ng ngipin. If hindi makakapag toothbrush agad after eating, drink plenty of water.
Less sweets tapos brushing regularly. Also, I bring my daughter to pedia dentist for checkup.
Less sugar and soda talaga is the way to go. Also drinking milk every day! :)
