I suggest kausapin nyo po nang masinsinan at mahinahon ang asawa nyo, ipaliwanag nyo rin po na unstable pa rin ang hormones nyo at this time na nakakadagdag sa mood nyo. Kapag rest days ni hubby, baka pwedeng sya muna mag-alaga kay baby while you focus on household chores.
